Salt pans, flamingos and the crossing
Departure at 9:00 am from your resort towards Malindi. We continue to Ngomeni, where the salt factory is — a large expanse of salt pans rich in shrimp and therefore in pink flamingos in large groups.
- A walk on foot among the salt pans to see the flamingos
- Back in the car, the stretch to the crossing point for Robinson
- A stretch of sea: by boat (high tide) or on foot (low tide)
- Arrival on the island
