Frequently asked questions

Everything you wonder before leaving

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, from age 6 and up. Four days is a good length: there's variety but you don't tire from excessive transfers. The lodges have family rooms.

When is the best time to go?

July–October: dry season, animals concentrated at the waterholes. January–March: green season with lush landscapes and excellent wildlife across all three parks.

Can the programme be customised?

Yes. We can reverse the order of the parks, combine a sea excursion on the way back, or start from Diani instead of Watamu. Message us on WhatsApp.

Are vaccinations needed?

Yellow fever is mandatory if you arrive from a risk country. Antimalarial prophylaxis is recommended. Official info on your country's travel-advisory website or the CDC travel page.
