Frequently asked questions

Everything you wonder before leaving

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, from age 6 and up. The lodges have family rooms and the off-road experience is safe. For younger children the 2-day safari is better than the 5-day one: fewer transfers, less tiring.

When is the best time to go?

July–October: dry weather, animals concentrated at the waterholes. January–March: the "green" season, fewer tourists, excellent wildlife in the Tsavo.

Can the programme be customised?

Yes, it's a reference itinerary. We can combine it with other excursions, extend it by a day, include the Maasai village. Message us on WhatsApp and let's talk.

Are vaccinations required?

Yellow fever is mandatory if you arrive from an at-risk country. Antimalarial prophylaxis is recommended. Official info at viaggiaresicuri.it.
